Ultra Boy by artist Tom Kelly

Here is another cool illustration for the Sketch Lottery blog, this time the theme was "Ultra Boy" This theme refers to the DC comics character from the Legion of super heroes books. All of the Legion of superheros books are super fun and have been around since the late 50's if you get a chance go pick up some of the stuff especially the early stuff as they are super fun and goofy. enjoy my take on Ultra boy!!

I created this with some micron pens ,a crow quill,some FW white and a tooth brush for the spatter star effects then my kuretake brush pen on bristol board.
