Vixen Bombshell by artist Tom kelly

This was for the Challengers Assemble Sketch blog, this week the theme was "DC Comics Bombshells". This theme refers to the line of DC comic book females set in a 1940's era of Starlettes and Bombshells. So for this weeks theme I did a bombshell version of the character Vixen. Vixen is a Black super heroine who can channel the power of different animals to give her strength,speed,agility,flight and any other ability in the animal kingdom. Enjoy

I totally encourage everyone to participate in the sketch blog and its themes it's tons and tons of fun as well as a great creative challenge.

I created this illustration using a 05. technical pencil,my wacom tablet with Adobe Photoshop for the coloring and rendering and Adobe Illustrator for the white frame elements.
