punk Avengers by artist Tom Kelly

This is a illustration I did for the Challengers Assemble Sketch blog, this week the theme was " punk superhero". So for this theme I did up a punk rock version of the avengers with a guitar wielding Captain America in the center, a mohawked ironman on the left, a misfit's style Thor on the right and in the back is misfits style hulk as well. The colors and title help reinforce the punk theme with the mismatch letters,the anarchy symbol and the colors which are patterned after a sex pistol album cover.

I created this using alot of photo ref and a pencil, Photoshop Cs6 for the colors and Illustrator Cs6 for the title. I Also used fonts I own.
