Great one!^^
In the picture he stabs the octopus, how do you do the BG lines effects?
Technically what kind of brush and settings?
I'm interested in such an effect.

oh ok cool the BG lines for that are actually made using the program Painter with the reed brush (bush setthing ) tool. Basically I use painter to ink alot, so I have those elements saved as tiff files. If I want a certain type of motion line I will use one of the element files that seem to best fit the image, then I just copy, paste and manipulate them in photoshop.

Thanks for the info.
I'll try to experiment it too.
Seems very good IMO.

cool stuff, i dig your silhouettes. my only 2 cents is that the entire page/layout/action looks heavily referenced from Hellboy's Strange Places.

This is gorgeous! Do you work from paper, or do you work entirely digitally?

I work on paper for the penciling in blue pencil in my sketch book then either I ink in the computer via painter or I go low tech and using vellum or sometimes tracing paper I ink over the pencils using micron pens and crow quill with ink to generate the inks. Then I scan the inks in and composite, render and then color in the computer.
